1. Nature of Our Service
Noise Reducer AI provides a digital service — AI-powered audio and video noise removal. When you purchase a plan, you receive processing minutes that are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation. Because our service is digital and consumed immediately upon use, special conditions apply to refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that:
- You have not used any of the purchased processing minutes, OR
- A technical error on our part prevented you from using the service
We do not offer refunds on partially used balances. Once processing minutes have been consumed, that portion is non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Purchases where processing minutes have been fully or partially used
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of noise reduction on a specific file (we recommend testing with our free guest tier before purchasing)
- Forgetting to use your balance before it expires
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellations
